These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9bdt platform. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and 9bdt ("9bdt", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 9bdt website located at https://9bdt.pro and all associated services, games, and promotional offers. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
9bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility Requirements
To open a 9bdt account and participate in any of the services offered on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during the term of your account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 9bdt is strictly an adult platform. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to KYC verification.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Each individual may hold only one account on the 9bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
- You must not be self-excluded from 9bdt or from gambling services in general under any self-exclusion agreement. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, 9bdt reserves the right to close the account immediately and return the deposit.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own account. Using another person's account, accepting third-party funds, or using 9bdt as an agent or intermediary for any third party is prohibited.
9bdt reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functions pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
Account Registration and Security
Registration on the 9bdt platform is free of charge. By completing registration, you confirm acceptance of these Terms in full. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 9bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- You must notify 9bdt immediately via the contact email [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Upon receiving such notification, 9bdt will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.
- All account information must be kept up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly to ensure continued access and to maintain your eligibility for bKash and Nagad payment matching.
- 9bdt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account — temporarily or permanently — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity falsification, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Dormant accounts — accounts where no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at 9bdt's discretion. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
9bdt supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard). 9bdt does not accept deposits made in cash, by cheque, or via any payment method not listed on the platform's cashier page.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. For verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary. 9bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
- 9bdt does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or your card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees. 9bdt is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
- Funds held in your 9bdt wallet do not accrue interest. Player funds are held separately from 9bdt's operational funds. In the event that 9bdt ceases operations, player balances will be returned in accordance with the applicable wind-down procedures in place at the time.
9bdt operates an anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with applicable international standards. Transactions that appear to be structurally designed to avoid detection thresholds, or that are inconsistent with the player's declared source of funds, will be flagged for review and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
9bdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
- 9bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before the player has met the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account. The original qualifying deposit will not be affected.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotion, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts or through other means constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
- 9bdt reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or syndicated play. Evidence of coordinated or systematic bonus abuse — including through the use of automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or organised player groups — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Responsible Gaming
9bdt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 9bdt account holders:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active, to prevent impulsive decisions.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out. Session limits are useful for players who wish to manage the amount of time spent on the platform each day.
- Cool-off periods: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or wagers can be placed. The cool-off period cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.

9bdt strictly enforces its minimum age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bdt platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house. This includes but is not limited to the use of card counting software, odds calculation tools not sanctioned by 9bdt, or automated betting systems.
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform's payment system to move funds between parties, or structuring transactions to circumvent AML thresholds.
- Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing hole card information in poker variants, or coordinating bets in ways that exploit a game's mechanics to the detriment of other players.
- Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any vulnerability in the 9bdt platform, its underlying software, game servers, or any connected third-party system. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards 9bdt staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel on the platform, including live chat, in-game chat, or email.
9bdt's decision regarding any alleged prohibited conduct is final and binding. Where there is a dispute as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred, the decision of 9bdt's compliance team, based on server logs, transaction records, and any other available evidence, shall be treated as conclusive.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9bdt platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9bdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content from the 9bdt platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 9bdt.
The 9bdt brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 9bdt. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in domain names, social media handles, third-party advertising, or any context that implies an official affiliation with 9bdt without express written authorisation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss, regardless of whether 9bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 9bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. While 9bdt takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and data integrity, temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service disruptions may occur. 9bdt will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a direct result of a platform outage, provided that 9bdt takes reasonable steps to restore service and to fairly resolve any disputed bets affected by the outage.
Amendments and Governing Law
9bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, where they affect withdrawal terms, bonus terms, or player rights — 9bdt will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform's internal messaging system before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may take effect immediately upon publication.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 9bdt platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. 9bdt is committed to fair dispute resolution and will engage in good faith with any player who raises a genuine complaint through the appropriate channel.
